We have worked in 45 of our 50 states performing the electrical portion of the job for our general contractors. Our projects have ranged from retail stores, hospitals, schools, universities, malls, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, water treatment plants, pipe mills, and many more. Lighting, Retrofits, and Upgrades LRE/Royal has been performing energy upgrades through lighting retrofits since 1996. In the past 12 years we have saved our customers thousands of dollars off of their utility bills and taken millions of lighting watts off of the grid. Our customers have been K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, trucking terminals, office buildings, housing authorities, big box retailers, malls, and casinos. We provide an energy audit on the facilities and propose a “turn key solution” with latest lighting technology and controls with an estimated payback. We will travel to almost anywhere in the United States to provide these services. A “walk through” to determine energy savings potential is free to the customer. If they wish to move forward with a fee for a “construction grade audit”, then that cost will be deducted one the proposal becomes a project. We have been a “Green” contractor for the last 12 years.

Stand By Generators LRE/Royal will size and install the generator needed to back up the crucial loads to any facility. The project will include dirt work, pad, generator, transfer switch and start up. Our customers have been, hospitals, nursing homes, cell towers, restaurants, banks, retailers, residential and many more. The generators are available in natural gas and diesel.

Night Audits One of the services that we provide our customers is night audits. We will view the outdoor lighting and signage at night and then advise the client of any outages. We offer a monthly maintenance program where they pay a flat fee per month to keep their security lighting 100% lit, or they can pay per trip.

Thermal Imaging Audits Here we use a thermal imaging camera to identify any “hot spots” within your electrical system. Primarily we will look at the electrical panels, motors, lighting and transformers to verify that they are operating within an acceptable temperature range. This is very effective in identifying potential equipment failures and safety issues.

Fire and Security Systems LRE/Royal offers complete design and installation in commercial environments for fire and security. We also offer testing, monitoring, and maintenance.

Fiber Optics/Data Cabling LRE/Royal will install and repair and/or fusion splice. We also offer complete design and installation in commercial environments for voice and data systems and backbones.

Green Strategies (Tax Credits) The Federal Government is offering significant tax credits for companies to go “Green.” These credits are being offered due to the overloading of many of our utility grids and for the concerns for our environment. Through lighting retrofits you can get a tax credit up to $.60 a square foot on commercial and industrial facilities. In some cases the local utilities are offering rebates to their customers, if they will implement a lighting/energy upgrade. With the combination of energy savings, tax credits, and utility rebates, some projects pay for themselves from day one. On the new construction side, there are credits available based on how the buildings are built and the material utilized. We also have experience in building “Green” on the new facilities as well.
